Great question! Most communication will be via email to keep all the details in one place. However we will work to communicate with you in whatever means is most ideal for you! Wedding consultations are done via phone call or if clients prefer, in-person can be available.

HUGE YES! A fantastic way to say "thank you" to family and friends that travel to come show their love and support is sending them home with a gorgeous flowers from your wedding! PSF is not a rental wedding florist. We're not renting you anything. Usually... So that means you wont stress about keeping track of our vases. No after the wedding surprise charges for items that may have disappeared .. We're not coming back to collect flowers you've paid for... No additional labor costs in strike fees associated with us returning after the wedding.... You will own everything and can share those beautiful flowers with your loved ones at the end of the night. We've done over 600 weddings since the party of 1999 and find that this is the best combination of keeping costs down while eliminating unnecessary stress on clients and intrusion at the end of what should be a magical day for our clients. We're not coming back after the wedding just so we can charge you more to pick-up the stuff you've already paid for friends!

Great questions! Nothing like hiring someone and not having their full attention to drive you crazy right?.... Our team can manage several weddings/events each week. However to give our clients our full attention and the amazing service and experience they expect, we limit our wedding/event bookings to two per weekend. We reserve on a "first book, first serve" basis. Book us friends, we fill up fast. If you know you want to work with PSF but are not prepared to talk flower specifics you can save your date with us and secure us as your wedding/event florist and figure out flowers down the road. From there PSF team will provide a personalized and detailed proposal, spelling out all the details including how much will your wedding flowers cost. Please be aware that we do have a $100 Consultation Fee for a personalized consultation & proposal. If you book us as your wedding florist that $100 Consultation Fee will go straight towards the cost of your wedding. Otherwise it will cover our time for the consultation and proposal preparation. ❤️
